The runways this season gave us a glimpse of what beauty and fashion might look like nowadays. Above the neck, optimism for the future was expressed in a variety of sci-fi-inspired looks, from Ferragamo’s silver ombré pouts to Prada’s two-tone metallic lids. Looking back, there was also the feel-good ’90s and Y2K redux, which relied on rave-ready splashes like Matty Bovan’s Technicolor dye jobs and Eckhaus Latta’s glitter-washed cheeks.
